If you need more information about the Card, My PC or anything, reply to the thread. I am basically wondering, before I have to buy a new one, is there any way I can fix this problem? Sometimes uninstalling the device or restarting the PC or repairing the driver works. When I eventually do get it to work, after between 1hr 30 minutes and 3 hours, the card will show the " USB Device not recognized: One of the devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it" error again. After this it will either read " USB Device not recognized: One of the devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it." or " Device Driver was not successfully installed" or very occasionally it will work. I have recently purchased a USB 2.0 wireless 802.11 n WLAN device but windows isn't recognising the drivers for it. I go into my device manager, uninstall the device, plug it out and plug in again. I power up my PC, and it reads "USB Device not recognized: One of the devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it." (Also mentions something about a Code 43 error.) for my Wifi Card. Having a bit of an issue with my USB Wifi Card, Ill outline below what happens.įirstly, the card is a 802.11n USB Wireless LAN Card.
